SIREN provides eligibility consultations,  application assistance, and legal review of completed forms.

Eligibility:

  1. Must be minimum 18 years old

  2. Legal permanent resident for at least 5 years (or 3 years if continuously married to U.S. Citizen)

Please bring: 

  1. Legal permanent resident card

  2. Social security card

  3. ID/license

  4. List of complete addresses for the last 5 years

  5. List of travel dates for the last 5 years

  6. List of job history with addresses for the last 5 years

  7. List of family information, including all children and spouses (current and former)

  8. If you have been detained or arrested, need to bring documention, such as certificates of minutes and final disposition for every incident

Fee waiver eligibility:

  1. 2016 income taxes

  2. Verification of benefits letter (if currently receiving SSI, food stamps, cash assistance)

SIREN provides FREE eligibility consultations, application assistance, and legal review of completed forms.

SIREN proporciona un taller de asistencia GRATUITA con su solicitud de renovaciόn y revisiόn final para formularios ya llenados.

No olvide traer:

  1. Permiso de trabajo

  2. Identificación ó licencia de manejar

  3. Tarjeta de seguro social

  4. Copia de su aplicación inicial (y/o última) de DACA

  5. Dos fotos tamaño pasaporte (2x2)

  6. Cheque o money order por $495*

  7. Si ha sido arrestado, traiga los certificados de disposición de la corte de todos los arrestos

*Becas limitadas seran disponibles para cubrir el costo de USCIS
Por favor de traer impuestos de 2017 ó 3 talones de cheques

**Limited scholarships will be available to cover the $495 filing fee. Please bring copies of your 2017 Tax filing form or three pay stubs to qualify.

  • 18 years of age

  • A legal permanent resident for 5 years or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen

    DON’T FORGET TO BRING:

  • Your Green card and social security card

  • List of ALL trips taken outside of the U.S. for the last 5 years

  • Your address and job history for the last 5 years

  • Family information, including all children and spouse (current and former)

  • If you have ever been arrested, copies of court records for all arrests

  • Bring 2 passport sized photos and Passport

    TO APPLY FOR A FEE WAIVER:
