Immigrant Services Program (ISP) provides direct services to the community through the Immigrant Q&A line and citizenship application assistance. The Q&A line is a free service that provides answers and referrals to general questions ranging from immigration and naturalization to civil rights. Citizenship application assistance helps fill out the Application for Naturalization (form N-400), take photos, and submit the application to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) for a low fee. We are also proud to be a part of the Santa Clara County Citizenship Collaborative that sponsors the annual Citizenship Day.
